Wellbeing has several dimensions i.e., physical, mental, spiritual and social. Realizing holistic wellbeing requires a focused and conscious approach to how we live and manage our lifestyles with attention to all dimensions of one's wellbeing.

We focus on developing tools, trainings, educational content and support systems to support individuals and families to achieve this through integrating science and practice of modern and traditional systems of wellbeing i.e., Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation.

We aim to develop well-researched modules to promote healthy lifestyles with a special focus on Elderly , Women and Families.​​
IL advocates will facilitate and organize IL programs (online and offline) for their communities. Beyond the programs and consultations with experts, the advocates provide handholding, support, and strive to create an ecosystem within the community that is favorable for IL.
