Dr. Jeevitha Ramesh is a cognitive neuroscience researcher and academic with expertise in cognitive ageing, dementia screening, and integrative approaches to brain and mental well-being. She is completing her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and Public Health at Ramaiah University, where she developed and validated a cognitive tool for early dementia detection in primary healthcare settings.
With an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and a strong foundation in EEG/ERP research, sleep and fatigue studies, and behavioural assessment, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective that blends cognitive science, public health, and lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Jeevitha serves as Assistant Professor at Alliance University and formerly a Research Associate at the Center for Integrative Health & Wellbeing (CIHW), contributing to research, cognitive health programs, and the development of integrative assessment tools. She also supports Brighter Minds, creating neuroscience-informed programs for learning and brain performance.
Her publications cover cognitive impairment, dementia challenges in India, women’s mental health, and chronic disease–related cognitive decline, and she has presented at major national and international conferences.
Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and community outreach, she focuses on translating science into practical, evidence-informed strategies that support mental resilience, healthy ageing, and holistic well-being.
