Gargee is a trained medical professional in Ayurveda (BAMS), and also holds a specialisation (M.D) in Ayurveda branch of General Medicine (Kayachikitsa. She has over 10 years of clinical experience in the field in various roles and capacities such as medical officer at Vivekananda Memorial Hospital, Sargur; medical officer at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research; Assistant Professor AT Shri S B S Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital. During her MD, she did a research project to evaluate the effect of Saptachakra in management of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Madhumeha) through a randomised controlled study design, and has published a paper.

She is keen on advancing the science, philosophy and practice of Ayurveda for both cure of disease as well as promotion of wellness and health in the society.

At CIHW, she works as an Ayurveda consultant leading educational initiatives and lifestyle consultations for clients and families.
