Dr. Prathik S. Patil is an MBBS physician with a Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Functional Medicine. He is the Founder and Director of Shiva Shakthi Health, where he works on building integrative care approaches that combine modern medicine with Ayurveda, nutrition, functional medicine, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle interventions. His clinical interest is in the prevention, management, and reversal of non-communicable diseases including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. He believes that many chronic conditions share common root causes at the cellular and metabolic level, and is committed to translating this understanding into practical, patient-centred models of care.
At CIHW, Prathik is exploring the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction, metabolic reprogramming, and chronic disease — with a focus on developing an integrative framework for cancer prevention and supportive oncology.

Dr. Meghana V is an Ayurvedic physician and public health professional. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Economics, Healthcare Financing, and Policy. She works on health system initiatives and healthcare policy, with experience collaborating with government agencies and development partners across Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. Her interests lie at the intersection of traditional systems of medicine, digital health, and evidence-based healthcare decision making.
At CIHW, Meghana is exploring the policy, governance, and health systems factors that shape the integration of Ayurveda and holistic healthcare within public health systems in India.

Dr. Nithin G. N. holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). He currently works in program implementation and strategic partnerships, supporting community-based initiatives for non-communicable disease prevention through nutrition, lifestyle change, behaviour change communication, and health promotion. He has prior experience in clinical research related to iron deficiency anaemia and public health research involving nutrition and community health. His interests include translational integrative medicine research, digital health, and implementation science — particularly how integrative health interventions can be evaluated using robust scientific frameworks and made practical within community and primary healthcare settings.
At CIHW, Nithin is developing integrative care models for chronic metabolic conditions — with a particular focus on diabetes and PCOS — combining Ayurveda, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and digital health systems.

Dr. Raghuveer S. N. is an Ayurveda Medical Officer at Wellness by Heartfulness. He completed his BAMS from RGUHS, Karnataka, and holds a Fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine (FICM) and a Certificate Course in Ayurvedic Dermatology (CCAD). He has also completed a Certificate Programme in Advanced Research Methodology and Biostatistics from ITRA, Jamnagar. With over a decade of personal Heartfulness practice, his clinical work integrates Ayurvedic care, lifestyle modification, and meditation-based approaches, with a particular focus on lifestyle disorders, diabetes management, and stress-related conditions. He is an author and speaker, and is committed to bridging classical Ayurvedic wisdom with evidence-based healthcare.
At CIHW, Raghuveer is working on integrative approaches for diabetes and lifestyle disorders — exploring how Ayurveda, Panchakarma, yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine can work alongside conventional care for long-term chronic disease management.

Ms. Jaswitha Sreeperambaduru is a physiotherapist and public health professional. She holds a degree in physiotherapy and a Master of Public Health (MPH), and currently works as a Research Assistant at Wellness by Heartfulness, where she contributes to research proposal development, grant writing, data management, and dissemination of integrative health research. Her background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy gives her a clinical foundation that she is now looking to combine with public health research methods. She describes herself as coming fresh to the world of integrative health — approaching it with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to producing rigorous, evidence-based work.
At CIHW, Jaswitha is investigating the integration of Ayurveda and physiotherapy for the management of rheumatoid arthritis — working towards scoping reviews, a research protocol, and a pilot study that can contribute evidence-based pathways for non-pharmacological chronic joint care.
