Judith Deutsch is a Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences at Rutgers School of Health Professions, and a leading expert in neuro-rehabilitation, virtual reality–based therapy, and movement science.

A recipient of major professional honours, including the Mary MacMillan Lecture Award and APTA Fellow distinction, she has advanced global practice and knowledge translation in rehabilitation. As an advisor to CIHW, she helps shape the vision and direction of the Academy, guides the development of courses and workshops in integrative health research, and supports faculty and fellows in strengthening their scholarly and translational capabilities.
